PRECISE Mini is a compact, browser-based version of the PRECISE Fusion system. PRECISE Fusion stands for Predictive Real-time Evaluation of Cognitive Instability using Speech & Executive-functioning. PRECISE Mini focuses on four cognitive micro-tasks for monitoring shifts in cognitive stability over time.
PRECISE Mini is a lightweight, browser-based cognitive-baseline tracker (not a medical device), built to help athletes and students monitor day-to-day cognitive stability across four key domains:
It is used for rapid screening and baseline tracking, not for diagnosis. These micro-tasks reflect neural functions commonly affected by concussions, fatigue, stress, and cognitive overload.
Measures the fastest possible response to a sensory stimulus. The screen turns green → your job is to click immediately. This reveals core sensory-motor speed.
A more complex test of discrimination + motor planning. Left arrow → click left. Right arrow → click right. This measure is known to be more sensitive to concussive slowing.
Tests short-term working memory. You’ll see 3–7 digits for a brief moment (2–5 seconds) → they disappear → your job is to recall them correctly. Working memory deficits are common post-concussion.
Measures impulse control and frontal-lobe executive functioning. Green = click (Go). Red = do not click (No-Go). Missed No-Gos or incorrect clicks indicate impaired inhibitory control.
Once you’ve completed each micro-task, upload your CSV reports here. A full multi-domain cognitive analysis system will be added soon; including baseline deviation, anomaly scoring, and weekly summaries!
